The vegan soy meat (Soy Protex) from miigan stands for the highest quality and is the best available substitute for dry meat products on the market. Since it contains virtually no carbohydrates and is completely free of cholesterol, it is perfect for a healthy, conscious, low-carb diet.
Compared to tofu, soy meat is solely based on pure soy protein. And because no flavor enhancers or sweeteners are used in the production of miigan foods; these products are tasteless and can be seasoned and prepared to your individual wishes. In addition miigan dried soy meat is available in sorts: ‘soy mince’, ‘buttons’, ‘strips’, and ‘filet’. Our newest addition is pea protex which is completely allergen free. It is available in mince and made of purely pea protein. It is minced - also called granulates - and can be prepared just as soya minced. This Pea Protex is a must-have in any vegetarian and vegan kitchen, as you can use it for so many recipes.
